Τυφλός Οδηγεί Τυφλό?.......

Πάντα αναρωτιόμουν πως είναι δυνατόν ένα σκυλί να καθοδηγεί έναν τυφλό;- θα ήθελα κάποιος να μου το ξεκαθαρίσει αυτό!

Δηλαδή πως τα σκυλιά ξέρουν που πηγαίνουν? Φαντάζομαι δεν λες MAX πάμε στα Starbucks και ο σκύλος κατεβάζει από το ίντερνετ τη διαδρομή την φορτώνει στο GPS του και πάει μπροστά και από πίσω ακολουθείς εσύ- αποκλείεται αυτό! Και αν όμως του λες εσύ πάμε στα Starbucks και αυτός τελικά σε πάει στο Supermarket- δεν το χάσαμε κάπου τότε?

Δύο πιθανότητες υπάρχουν ή τα σκυλιά αυτά είναι πανέξυπνα και πολύ πολύ εκπαιδευμένα, ή ο τυφλός δεν είναι και τόσο τυφλός και από το ένα μάτι βλέπει κανονικότατα!!
Όποιος ξέρει τι πραγματικά συμβαίνει θα ήθελα μια απάντηση!Ευχαριστώ!

Τα δάνεια της Ελλάδας στο παρελθόν.

Για μία σύγκριση με το πραττόμενο και το πρακτέο:

Η ιστορία έχει ως εξής: το 1936, η Ελλάδα του Ιωάννη Μεταξά, αρνήθηκε να συνεχίσει την εξυπηρέτηση του δανείου, που είχε συνάψει με τη βελγική τράπεζα Societe Commerciale de Belgique.
Η κυβέρνηση του Βελγίου προσέφυγε στο Διεθνές Δικαστήριο του Διεθνούς δικαίου, που είχε ιδρύσει η Κοινωνία των Εθνών, κατηγορώντας την Ελλάδα ότι αθετεί τις διεθνείς της υποχρεώσεις. Η Ελλάδα απάντησε...
ότι αδυνατεί να εκπληρώσει τις δανειακές της υποχρεώσεις, διότι δεν μπορεί να θέσει σε κίνδυνο την κατάσταση του Λαού και της χώρας!

Στο υπόμνημά της, η Ελληνική κυβέρνηση έλεγε: "Η Κυβέρνηση της Ελλάδος, ανήσυχη για τα ζωτικά συμφέροντα του Ελληνικού λαού και για τη διοίκηση, την οικονομική ζωή, την κατάσταση της υγείας και την εσωτερική και εξωτερική ασφάλεια της χώρας, δεν θα μπορούσε να προβεί σε άλλη επιλογή. Όποια κυβέρνηση κι αν ήταν στην θέση της, θα έκανε το ίδιο" (Yearbook of the International Law Commission, 1980,v.l.,sel.25).

Το επιστέγασμα ήρθε με το υπόμνημα που κατέθεσε στο Διεθνές Δικαστήριο ο νομικός εκπρόσωπος της Ελληνικής κυβέρνησης το 1938, όπου τόνισε τα αυτονόητα:
«…Ενίοτε μπορεί να υπάρξει μια έκτακτη κατάσταση, η οποία κάνει αδύνατο για τις Κυβερνήσεις να εκπληρώσουν τις υποχρεώσεις τους προς τους δανειστές και προς τον Λαό τους. Οι πόροι της χώρας είναι ανεπαρκείς για να εκπληρώσουν και τις δύο υποχρεώσεις ταυτόχρονα. Είναι αδύνατον να πληρώσει μια Κυβέρνηση το χρέος, και την ίδια στιγμή να παρασχεθεί στον λαό η κατάλληλη διοίκηση και οι εγγυημένες συνθήκες για την ηθική, κοινωνική και οικονομική ανάπτυξη. Πρέπει να επιλέξει ανάμεσα στα δύο.


Και φυσικά, το καθήκον του Κράτους να εξασφαλίσει την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των βασικών δημοσίων υπηρεσιών, ΥΠΕΡΤΕΡΕΙ έναντι της πληρωμής των χρεών της. Από κανένα κράτος δεν απαιτείται να εκπληρώσει, μερικά ή ολικά, τις χρηματικές του υποχρεώσεις, αν αυτό ΘΕΤΕΙ ΣΕ ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟ τη λειτουργία των δημοσίων υπηρεσιών του, κι έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα την αποδιοργάνωση της διοίκησης της χώρας (σας θυμίζει κάτι;…). Στην περίπτωση που η αποπληρωμή των χρεών θέτει σε κίνδυνο την οικονομική ζωή και τη διοίκηση, η Κυβέρνηση είναι υποχρεωμένη να διακόψει ή και να μειώσει την εξυπηρέτηση του χρέους…».

Με αυτά τα επιχειρήματα λοιπόν, το Διεθνές δικαστήριο δικαίωσε την Ελλάδα, δημιουργώντας νομικό προηγούμενο, στο οποίο μάλιστα το 2003 στηρίχθηκε η Αργεντινή και ο αείμνηστος πρόεδρος της, Νέστωρ Κίχνερ, ο οποίος επέλεξε να διαγράψει μονομερώς το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του δημοσίου χρέους της χώρα του, αντί να την υποδουλώσει στο ΔΝΤ!

Το Facebook στα Όσκαρ...

 Λίγο πριν από τις υποψηφιότητες για τα φετινά βραβεία Όσκαρ, άρχισαν τα προγνωστικά των κριτικών και των επαγγελματικών ενώσεων του Χόλυγουντ. Η ταινία του Ντέιβιντ Φίντσερ για το Facebook, «Social Network» φαίνεται να έχει το προβάδισμα. Η ένωση κριτικών του Λος Άντζελες, της Βοστόνης, της Ουάσιγκτον αλλά και της Νέας Υόρκης, την ψήφισαν ως την καλύτερη ταινία.

 Ο σκηνοθέτης της όμως μοιράστηκε το βραβείο με τον Ολιβιέ Ασσέιγιας του οποίου η ταινία «Carlos» ψηφίστηκε καλύτερη ξένη ταινία, από τους κριτικούς του Λ. Άντζελες. Από την ίδια ένωση, η Κινέζα Κιμ Χιε Τζα πήρε το βραβείο αʼ γυναικείου ρόλου για το «Mother» και ο Κόλιν Φερθ απέσπασε τη διάκριση του καλύτερου ηθοποιού για το «Kingʼs Speech».

Την παρέα του facebook προτίμησαν και οι...

 κριτικοί της Βοστόνης που απένειμαν τα βραβεία καλύτερης ταινίας, σκηνοθεσίας και σεναρίου στο «Social Network» και το πρώτο βραβείο ερμηνείας στον Τζέσι Άιζενμπεργκ. Καλύτερη ηθοποιός για εκείνους ήταν η Νάταλι Πόρτμαν για το «Μαύρο Κύκνο». Ο Κρίστιαν Μπέιλ βραβεύτηκε για το βʼ ρόλο του στο «The Fighter» ενώ το βραβείο βʼ γυναικείου ρόλου δόθηκε στην Τζουλιέτ Λιούις του «Conviction».

Στη Νέα Υόρκη το «SocialNetwork», διακρίθηκε ως η καλύτερη ταινία, με βραβεία σκηνοθεσίας σεναρίου αλλά και μουσικής.
